Yoga practice involves paying attention to all parts of your body which is why it is a holistic therapy that results in a health, happy, stress free life.

As a Certified Yoga Teacher and healer I will show you that Yoga is much more than exercise. Yoga helps us mentally to empty your minds and pay closer attention to what is going on in your life.



As you practice yoga you find that you learn a great deal about yourself and who you are. You find a feeling of relaxation and peace that you'll want to bring into your everyday life on and off the mat.

In this workshop you´ll learn by practicing about the deeper meaning yoga has to offer. Yoga postures, or asanas, are forms of mind training down into every fibre, every pore, every cell of the body. When the practice really penetrates all our cells, we extend out beyond the confines of our individual identities

Yoga is a process. There is no end goal- it just simply IS , so is life.
